- Describe what happened, the steps leading to it, and the time.
- Hide unrelated phone numbers and private messages in screenshots.
Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment details. If account ownership verification is necessary, we will guide you through appropriate steps.
Reports and blocking
Use the report and block options inside a conversation. The report screen shows the content that will be sent to RONAX administration before you confirm.
Privacy and deletion requests
Email us with the subject “Privacy request”. To delete your account in the app, follow the account deletion steps.
